- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their medical history, goals, and concerns related to hormone balance and weight loss.
- Administer hormone replacement therapy (HRT) treatments following established protocols.
- Collaborate with our medical team to develop individualized weight loss plans, including dietary recommendations and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Educate clients on wellness practices, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach to health.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Iowa - Specialized training or certification in hormone therapy and weight loss is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
