OverviewPOSITION
Summary:
The Salesforce Business Analyst will be a key member of the Enterprise CRM Team and be an active participant in the ongoing design and development of our deployment.
They will be responsible for writing system requirements that will ensure the technology solution will meet the needs of the business and assist with adoption throughout the organization.
The Salesforce BA will develop and manage business requirements for backlog user stories and enhancements, ensure user stories are complete and accurate, and conduct acceptance testing.
They will collaborate with system stakeholders and end-users to understand business needs and implement system enhancements, while acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical partners.

Salary Range for this position is $90,593.
36 - $105,914.
12 with a progressive benefit package.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
1.

Ensures confidentiality of member information.

Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment.
6.
Acts as a liaison between end users and Salesforce Agile team, including Salesforce Program Director, Salesforce Admin, Training, and IT resources.
7.
Supports Salesforce Program backlog by assisting business stakeholders in identifying and documenting business requirements and leads activities that support member and user experience.
8.
Questions assumptions and requirements, assess the needs, find gaps, and work closely with the stakeholders/SMEs/users to detail the requirements, features, and user stories.
9.
Supports scrum team to deliver flexible and scalable solutions that meet overall business requirements.
10.
Reviews operational procedures and methods; maps current business processes; defines and analyzes business activities; identifies best practices; and recommends improvements.
11.
Consults with users to identify, analyze, refine and document business requirements.
12.
Identifies requirements for testing, develops test plans and scripts.
13.
Follows up with users about completed work to ensure their satisfaction.
14.
Conducts UAT, working closely with Training.
15.
Responsible for ensuring successful requirements discovery and day 0 deployments and business adoption.
16.
Collaborates with end users to evaluate requests and solve business challenges as well as identify additional opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes or expand the service offering through the use of Salesforce.
17.
Identifies potential impacts to changes, modifications needed in existing reports, data integrations or active projects to meet changing user requirements.
18.
Clearly captures and communicates system changes to technical team and works closely with training on communications to end users.
19.
Manage and facilitate interactions needed for troubleshooting and testing.
20.
Serve as the expert on business and user requirements gathering and lead user sessions.
21.
Coach stakeholders and business partners where improvements are needed.
22.
Be part of a fast-paced team and participate in planning, documentation, and execution of Salesforce deployments.
23.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize simultaneous requests.
2.
Financial Services experience preferred and well versed in financial terminology.
3.
A broad range of experience in the financial service area is preferable.
4.
Ability, availability, and willingness to work significant additional hours as demanded by the workload and the credit union's rapidly changing competitive environment.
5.
Experience with the Agile Methodology preferred.
6.
Experience in supporting design and development of end user training and adoption.
7.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking skills required.
8.
Demonstrated knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suite required.
9.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Required.
10.
Demonstrated ability to gain understanding of others' needs and provide effective solutions.
11.
Salesforce Business Analyst Certified preferred.
12.
Salesforce Administrator Certified a plus.
13.
Experience Requireda.
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' work experience in required field.

Minimum 2 years in business analysis with CRM end-to-end implementations experiencec.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analystd.
Minimum 2 years of UAT, Day 0 deployment planning and smoke testing experiencee.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform.

Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce implementations integrated with other systems.
