North Liberty, IA The Internal Sales Engineer is r esponsible for creating, developing and maintaining positive, mutually beneficial business relationships with Centro customers and potential customers.
Provides primary support to external Sales Engineers and their customer portfolio through active communications, project management, and coordination of internal activities to ensure ongoing customer support.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Communicate the customer's needs, expectations, and requirements through the organization.
Foster Positive Relationships:
Interact with customers through professional, courteous and prompt communication in order to meet their needs and set Centro apart from other suppliers.
Presentation:
Deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals that showcase our capabilities and value.
Relationship Building:
Seek win-win in all aspects of the relationship
Customer Support:
Serve as a primary link to the customer and provide on call technical support to the customer and all involved parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar areas of study.
Direct customer relations and sales support experience preferred.
Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes and materials preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
A customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving client challenges.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
A pre-employment physical and drug screen is required.
